THE VALENTUS 12 IN 24 PLAN IS EASY AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW!* TAKE THREE PREVAIL DRINKS FOR 6 DAYS, TAKE THE 7TH DAY OFF
Drink one SlimROAST in the morning
Drink 1 Valentus Prevail SlimROAST first thing in the morning, before your breakfast. If desired, substitute milk or cream with almond or coconut milk and sweeten with stevia or guava extract. If you are generally sensitive to caffeine, simply start by using 1/2 a packet for the first couple days and gradually increase in the following days and weeks.
Drink one TRIM in the afternoon
Mix 1 Valentus prevail TRIM in a large bottle of water in the afternoon, anytime before dinner. If you experience sensitivity to the natural ingredients, start by using 1/2 a TRIM packet and gradually increase in the following days and weeks. If you find the TRIM flavour sweet, just add more water to dilute.
Drink one IMMUNE before bedtime
Mix 1 Valentus Prevail IMMUNE in warm or cold water before you go to sleep. If you experience sensitivity to the natural ingredients, simply start by taking 1/2 a packet and increase as your body adjusts to the natural ingredients.
Repeat for 6 days and take the 7th day off!
So simple! Follow this plan for 24 days! Record your starting weight and take a few measurements so you can keep track of your progress. A lot of people also take a few before photographs to serve as motivation. Take photos of your body straight on and from the side. This is for your personal record only of course, but once you see some results, you’re probably going to want to share your progress! One last thing, don’t forget to drink plenty of water – 8 to 12 glasses per day. This is a critical part of your 12 in 24 plan.*
